Lucas County Canine Care & Control (LC4) is excited to host its first Mother’s Day adoption promotion. This year’s theme is “Will You Be My Mom?” which runs May 7th and 8th, and is held at the Canine Care Center, located at 410 S. Erie Street in Toledo.
